Registration

Through premises identification, we will gather location information for farms, ranches, leased land, feedlots, markets, and any other site that houses livestock for any period of time.

During the registration process, we will be requesting the premises address, the species of animals housed at that address, and contact information for livestock caretakers. We will not be requesting the number of animals, their identification numbers, or other information.

How to Register
There are four ways to register your premises in Kansas.

Complete the online registration form.
Download the registration form, complete it, and and return it by mail or fax.
Call the Kansas Animal Health Department at 785-296-2326 to register by phone.
Stop by your local Farm Service Agency office to register.
